Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A return request must be submitted before sending an item back.
Return eligibility
To be considered for return, an item should be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Items showing wear, fragrance, stains, damage, washing, or alteration may not be accepted.
How to request a return

- Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions and the approved return address before shipping anything.
Do not send a return to an address shown on a parcel without first receiving return instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Final-sale and non-returnable items
Any product-specific return restriction or final-sale status will be identified on the product page or at checkout. Where a product page and this general policy differ, the product-specific disclosure applies.
